good times...

Hey all! Here's a bit of an update...

So like I said earlier, Currently I am in Geelong, Australia (its about as south as you can get..!) with my outreach team (same group that I went to Papua New Guinnea with) We have been here for a little over a week, and have been staying in a beautiful town called Ocean Grove. Our contact here has been FABULOUS with getting us into schools and churches to speak. We have been very busy with highschool presentations in particular. Theres been a bunch of days where we have done a few different classes in a few different schools. We've been sharing with them different testimonies from our own lives and from Papua New Guinnea, their value/purpose in God, and about the medical ship that YWAM Australia is inheriting, and how they can get involved. It has been cool to see the responses that we have thus far in our short time here even and I know that God is and will continue to raise people up in this area to get involved. My hope and prayer is that whether or not people get involved with YWAM (www.ywamships.org), that they begin to realize more and how valuable they are and that God will stir within them the desire to get involved in something, somewhere.:)

We'll be leaving Geelong Sunday, and heading up to a town called Yass where we will be doing a youthgroup Sunday night. Monday will be a travel day to Newcastle where we'll be for a few days, with the other 3 outreach teams from our DTS as well! The medical ship is arriving in Newcastle on the 23rd, so we will be able to see it! Then from Newcastle we will be traveling on up, back to Townville where we will spend one last week together until graduating on the 5th of March!

Thank you all for your continued prayers.

:) Brittany
