Exciting news!! We are beginning to prepare for outreach, which is just crazy! Our DTS's schedule is a bit different than the way DTS's are usually run. Instead of having all of our lectures and THEN going on outreach, we will be going on our first outreach in only 3 and a half weeks!!! My DTS has been split into 4 different teams but we will all be going to Papua New Guinea (PNG). I am going with 9 others to Port Moresby. We are all looking forward to seeing what God will do through us in PNG. Some of my team members are still in need of financial support, please partner with us in prayer as we rest in faith that God will provide. Pray for God to give us courage and a boldness that we will be able to step out and share our faith. Also, pray for us to have a heart for the people we will be ministering to; that we will be able to see them the way God sees them.
After PNG, we will be back at the base for a few more weeks of lectures. We will go on our second outreach in mid- January and will be involved with the Australia Ship Tour. More details on that at a later point, though. As for now, please, please, please keep us all in your prayers!
